As I've said before, they should releease what they have already changed, no matter how buggy it is. If it crashes, meh, it gives players without GTA:SA something to play.

No. You and the leader of another clan can organise the number of players to play for both sides on the set day. I was saying that 5 is the most common number for players.

In gangwars with other gnags/clans, you can organise the number of people who will play on that day/night. 5 is the common amount of players per team. It also depends on player availability, when one of your players doesn't show up you may be forced to get someone from another gang/clan that you know well to fill in.

Actually, the bases are required when in an exhibition gangwar. These bases may also be required in a team tournament. The winner does not take the loser's base. Also I have written up an idea for MTA:SA DM at http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=14694&start=0 This is a gangwar gamemode, very suitable for gangs in this topic.
