Go to your GTA San Andreas User Files folder in my documents, and delete gta_sa.set (I think it's called that). Set the resolution in single player again, and then try MTA.

1 and 2 are known bugs, as for 3 is that on all maps, or just on sc.boatse (where you start on chiliad and turn into a dinghy)? And for 4...that's because of a badly positioned checkpoint.

V1.00 was the exe which shipped with the original release of the game, the V2.00 exe is the one which shipped out when the stores took the game off the shelves after people found out about hot coffee, R* recalled all the copies and shipped out a new version of the game (with the V2.00 exe).

Yes, it is a problem. The MTA team do not support users who play with illegally obtained versions of the game, obviously they obtained permission from Rockstar Games to create this modification, and they can't be doing with them finding out that they are helping users who illegitimately obtainde the game. I suggest you go and buy the game like the rest of us, and keep things nice and legal.
