How long dose it take to have the MTA server activaited

Hello i do have a question my friend bought a sever off of vortexservers.com and buy it on Thursday. 4 days later its still pending for it to bee online. is there a person who can explain please

This is not the right forum for your problem. You should contact with vortexserver's support. The will find the problem.

What's your server name and IP (+ports)?

You should avoid vortexservers.

They have way to many problems.

Try evolution host instead. About the same prices but no problems at all.

@VortexServers @Vortex | Brant They used to be great in the past before a few years ago but now i don't think so . Just ask for a refund and buy from another host tapelto and what bonsai's said is just fine.

Please clarify; is the server 'pending' to be activated by Vortexservers after purchase, or do you mean it's A) not online as you cannot reach it with MTA client or B) not visible in the server browser yet?
