Error CD09 while connecting to server

I have an error while connecting to servers it says "Error CD09" connection lost, and checked internet it's fine,

also downloaded MTADiag and it says:

debug.log :

Please attach the whole MTADiag link from your clipboard that it gives after it completes, instead of only a part.
