HLL Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 i mean' when it come out... i saw in 1 of of the threads here... i need 2 install in order 2 play??? p.s: have u thought 2 update your website 2...?
Mikiro Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 think you should get ASE just because its pretty nice. there's no adds that pop up like on gamespy and its easier to navigate modifiers.
Aralkar Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 I agree. ASE has a lot of modifiers and there are a lot of games to look for servers. You can register it, but if you don't it still has most of the features
Guest Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 argh, i thought i read that it had a serverlist type thing in MTA....maybe they removed it for 0.4? i dunno... i dun like gamespy and i'm too lazy to get ASE o_O
xerox Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 ASE is good, get it, if ytou dont you will have to manually find ips etc ;-P incase you dont know the ASE website its http://www.udpsoft.com/eye2/index.html
justadamnperson Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 (edited) If I use ASE often for MTA, I may just get a user subscription though I do like gamespy's way.... 20 bucks "for life" gaming hehe Edited May 29, 2003 by Guest
Slothman Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 im not sure how it works, but don't we have to wait till ASE puts out an update before we can use it? or did they already do that.
xerox Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 no need - you can already select mta as a game-mod in ASE.
ryanraab Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 I selected gtamta in ase and it still does work I seached for servers 2 popped up and I tryed both mta opened but it wasn't connecting to the server. Can someone help me setup mta with ase.
Wheezle Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 ASE will work with MTA 0.3b. it doesn't work with 0.2a!
ryanraab Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 So that's why it wasn't working. Quess I'll have to wait. Thx for the fast reply.
HLL Posted May 29, 2003 Author Posted May 29, 2003 i like gamespy... more convinyent...... but there are ads...
