Help with TCAdmin CP

Mr.TnT

Question

Hey,

i need help with TCAdmin

So i bought a TCAdmin licence, its a perfect Game Control Panel,

i've buy it from a year ago but i forgot how to setup it from the 0 :D

when i create a new server ( MTA:SA )

i write this F4QkZC.png

so when i create a server this will auto write in SHELL and create the server for me

but i dont realy know if there is any mistakes in what i wrote!

its almost like installing MTASA server on VPS without any panels, so if there is any wrong command please let me know, and what the right one is.

this is the server error

FmhUIx.png

(pid 0) and it doesn't work, also when i test the ports it says that all port are closed.

i can give a free server for the one who help me if he needed ( if he is not from the MTA:SA staff :P )

Regards.. ;)

If you bought that license, you're better off to contact TCAdmin official support. It's a configuration/setup problem of TCAdmin seen the symptoms such as PID 0 and non running state. Otherwise read the documentation to find out if you missed opening any TCAdmin specific ports, or other configuration steps you need to take. (I hope/assume you're using TCAdmin through hosting and not your own PC right, that screen is purely the web remote interface or not?)

Hi, pid 0 means the process is not starting correcty. You might have to install the 32bit libraries for your operating system or other missing dependencies. Start the game server manually from ssh to see the error. Follow the instructions under Troubleshooting Linux: http://help.tcadmin.com/Troubleshooting_Game_%26_Voice_Services#Troubleshooting_.28Linux.29

'' Start the game server manually from ssh to see the error ''

Then do that, and let us know here about what the error turns out to be, with a specific error on why Linux MTA server isn't launching through TCAdmin we may be able to help you further.

i just noticed that when i create a new server it says : JM6yNw.png

maybe there is somethings missing? but where? in the TCAdmin panel or in the MTA files that should be installed when i create?

in Post Download Script there is these commands

#!/bin/bash

cd ${FilesFolderFullName}/mods/deathmatch
wget http://linux.multitheftauto.com/dl/141/baseconfig-1.4.1.tar.gz
tar xzvf baseconfig-1.4.1.tar.gz
mv baseconfig/* .
rm -fr baseconfig
rm -f baseconfig-1.4.1.tar.gz
mkdir resources
cd resources
wget https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/resources/mtasa-resources-latest.zip
unzip mtasa-resources-latest.zip
rm -f mtasa-resources-latest.zip

if i replace it with :

#!/bin/bash

cd ${FilesFolderFullName}/mods/deathmatch
wget http://linux.multitheftauto.com/dl/153/baseconfig-1.5.3.tar.gz
tar -xf baseconfig-1.5.3.tar.gz
mv baseconfig/* .
rm -fr baseconfig
rm -f baseconfig-1.5.3.tar.gz
mkdir resources
cd resources
wget https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/resources/mtasa-resources-latest.zip
unzip mtasa-resources-latest.zip
rm -f mtasa-resources-latest.zip

will it work? is it Is has spelled correctly?

my OS is Debian 6!

ideas / suggestions?

You'll have to wait for someone with more knownledge on the Linux side to come here, that's the only thing within MTA I'm not very experienced in.

Are you trying to run the 64bit MTA server or regular?

If you're running a 64-bit version of Debian you're obviously in the wrong unless you're able to find the 32-bit libraries.

If you run 64bit Linux OS (in your case debian) then also run the 64-bit Linux MTA build, or else fix those libraries.

Debian 7 (Wheezy) (64 bits)

this what i use on my vps

but how can i see what version is the mta or those libraries?

If you're using 64bit Debian, simply get the 64-bit server build from https://linux.multitheftauto.com/ if you don't want to put time into adding 32bit libraries.

Let know once you tried running 64bit MTA server

and i would like to post how to fix my same problem, but i don't know in what section!

Just post the solution here, so yes, others might benefit from it when they run into the same issue. No need to open some sort of ''tutorial'' or ''fix for'' topic for that.
