Take the screens the same way you do in Windows: press PrintScreen key, open up your favorite drawing program (MS Paint works fine), and press CTRL+V. Either that or when you press PrintScreen in the game, it automatically creates a screenshot and saves it in your GTA3 folder. I can't remember which it is.
