JacoB Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 Its never been done before, even in VC, but its been heavily looked into. I believe a person named Stretchnutter found the closest memory address to for this to be accomplished, but sadly he never went through with it.

HardCoRe. Posted March 20, 2005 Posted March 20, 2005 well, the tires are models? if so, i belive in "myraid islands" there is a spinning resturant. (the the physics didnt work on it it would be perfect for spinners.) but then, i know sqad about modeling...shoot me.

Si|ent Posted March 20, 2005 Posted March 20, 2005 I seem to remember somebody trying to create spinners using the BF engine (basically a rotating wheel) in gtaforums, I don't recall them being successfull however.
