Guest Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 HELP !! I've updated to version 1.1 Reset game path. I have the original gta-vc.exe and have the disc inserted. I press start game, chose the .exe but it doesn't launch. The 'start game' goes unhighlighted = i've started the game. But the program just doesn't open. HELP !

chaozz Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 if it worked before you updated to version 1.1, i'd say, reinstall VC and --DON'T-- install 1.1 patch. I play the 1.0 version from the start. Works fine.

Guest Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Yes it does work in single player. Anyway anybody got a working no cd crack mind sending me [email protected] It might work if your crack works with MTA, i'm not sure though. Cos currently the default .exe doesn't work.

Guest Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 oh and 1 more thing SOMETIMES when i first opened the MTA for the day... it appears about the ddwin.exe error.... i pressed ok try opening mta again, it opened without the error ... can somebody explain what is going on and how do i fix, i really can't wait to play online
Brophy Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 ok, try deleting the gta_vc.set file inside (My Documents > GTA Vice City User Files) then start the game in single player, set your graphics go ingame after the cutscene's quit the game then try mta, that worked for me a while ago, hope it helps
