How to block players GTA SA Skin mods

Hey how to block player's GTA SA Skin in server

Should I use this line in mtaserver.conf?

peds

and I see there're two Values: (none and peds)

I want to know which one stoping players ability to connect to the server if they're using GTA:SA skin mods.

If you set ''peds'' it will allow them, and leaving the line default option (none) will disallow. Which is very obvious seen the word usage in this line.. allow-gta3-img-mods? none.. explains itself.
