MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted May 18, 2003 MTA Team Posted May 18, 2003 grey gui original gui if enough ppl vote for grey we will release the grey one later on.
petebog Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 Just out of idle interest, what's with all the numbers at the bottom of the window, and the smiley bottle (meths? ) in the corner?
MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted May 18, 2003 Author MTA Team Posted May 18, 2003 those numbre represent values used by the client, i don't know what they are exactly, i only know that they r usefell for IJs and the other devs. The ja witht he smiley has had a couple of functions be4. For the oment it checks if u jave the correct version of MTA when u click on it
Guest Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 Just out of idle interest, what's with all the numbers at the bottom of the window, and the smiley bottle (meths? ) in the corner? they R debug TextBox. I Use them too when i code with some RAD tools (not really usual)
trx Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 I kind of like the grey one better, Blokker. What I also would like to see, is a scrollbar for the chatscreen. Is this (still) possible?
MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted May 18, 2003 Author MTA Team Posted May 18, 2003 scrollbar is implemented in latest versions if i'm not mistaking
Keva Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 i like the original gui grey looks a bit borin edit : y not release a skining pack and a normall gui that way people could skin it with a picture of there choosing
•VX-GTA• Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 i like the original gui grey looks a bit borinedit : y not release a skining pack and a normall gui that way people could skin it with a picture of there choosing but then again I think 'original' looks a bit kitschy heh *raises hand for grey one* but a skin pack as keva mentioned would be neat
The DareDevil Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 Grey is easier on the eyes and easier to navigate.
petebog Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 To be fair though, there's not much to navigate! Up with the original!
Geqxon Posted May 18, 2003 Posted May 18, 2003 Grey, because it is much more professional look. If microsoft would release Word with an image on the toolbar, I bet it wouldn't be solled very much in offices
xerox Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 grey, although you could still put an mta logo in there.
Guest Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 Personally I like the grey better but, why not release both?
simoyd Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 umm.... for lack of a better word... WTF!!!! who cares!!! get the damn game out!!
trx Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 umm.... for lack of a better word... WTF!!!! who cares!!! get the damn game out!! Ugh... Not another one... I'm not going to explain it all over again... Use your brains (if applicable) to figure it out.
