gamebro Posted November 2, 2004 Share Posted November 2, 2004 I reckon that I get them thar following messages when tryen to upload ma GIF avatar image--- Filetype must be .jpg .gif .png What am I doing wrong? I tried uploading it from my pc, and from my web site (url) nothing is working! arrrrrrrg! The file is under 60k and under 100x100 size. Link to comment

I have a really cool avatar to show off too. If that doesnt work thensimply convert to jpg. Well mr bump, I checked the file, it is just .gif not caps or anything. I tried several things, and tried a jpg even today. It just keeps bringing up that screen saying (filetype must be .jgp .gif .png) Link to comment

Best way to do it is by browsing to it, rightclicking on it and selecting "copy image location" and then paste the content of your clipboard in the text area. Link to comment
