I think the frame limiter is a great idea , if it makes your game jerky , then try updating your grapic drivers and sound card drivers Also , try to install unofficial drivers , they usualy are better , or install the 1.1 patch

Ner its always been like this, and with many different drivers i've had while i have played VC. :\

try changing the sound to Creative labs eax, that made my lag dissapear (even the 5fps in rain prob) and it sounds even better than ebfore

hence why i didn't play mta much, i couldn't kill anyone in rain, nobody could kill me in rain =/ but since it's fixed (a few days now) i play mta much

well lets put it this way i got a 744mhz thats fucking slow and i get 3-6 fps now in 0.4 coz of weather iv stoped playing not totaly juist for about the time blue takes to come out lol

Yeah, I hate people running faster as me, with their stubby.

Mostly I disable random weather on my own server.

Or maybe a good option for the host of the game, when he can set up the fps rate. based on alle the people's fps in the game
