Posty Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 Well, ASE finally updated the filters to have MTA 0.4.1 They changed the way they list the servers, but its pretty good. Make sure you guys remember to update your filters now And all the people making unofficial filters can stop

Posty Posted August 5, 2004 Author Posted August 5, 2004 Look at this picture, it'll show you what the filters are like. Now they have little check boxes to sort out the versions you want. Not like the old filters where each MTA version had its own folder thingy.

thedvs01 Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 I've also never had to wait for an ASE update, although now none of my updates will install because I cracked the .exe to unlock the full features and its causing some sort of problem with updates (maybe ASE knows I've been naughty)

Si|ent Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 It was probly cos it coincided with the release of Doom3, as it said 653 thousand or somethign people where trying to update at that time. so registered got priority and us Plebs had to queue

Guest Posted August 9, 2004 Posted August 9, 2004 There isn't a queue for ASE updates as such, but due to the huge number of users ASE has these days, when an update is first released only certain IP address ranges can download at certain times. If you are able to change your IP address you might find that you are able download sooner or even straight away.
