MTA 1.3.5 crashes

Hi.

My friend is having some problem with MTA: everytime he joins (any) server, his game crashes on desktop with the next message:

MTADiag is included

He has already updated to r6365 but still no luck.

Can you help solve this problem? Thanks.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Let him zip the contents of Program Files > MTA San Andreas 1.3 > MTA > Dumps > Private and upload it to http://upload.mtasa.com/ and put the link here, also include the core.log from the same directory.

Okay, that will be looked at by devs i think, if you can just include the most recent crash dump and upload it to a filesharer like https://mega.co.nz/ from Dumps/private i can see if it's possible to quickly solve it (if the dump indicates its an problem with his PC instead of an MTA problem)

and also the core.log (crash info) from the last entry

OK, the drivers installed successfully.
