It usable with both hands (not @ once) but all the latest models come in right handed only.. Try flying a chopper with the normal key layout. in vice when your left handed.. . I do it.. with my left hand on the cursors and my left hand on the numpad.. time to train ur right hand then Link to comment
Guardians Proper
Or just change the controls. My mouse is made for both handers, it's a nice mouse. I believe it's an Intellimouse... Link to comment

Guardians Proper
dunno what my mouse is but it makes nice light effects Mine too. I wonder about the hazards of that light. I feel like it's giving me arthritis by shining on my wrist all the time. Link to comment
orappa
Or just change the controls. My mouse is made for both handers, it's a nice mouse. I believe it's an Intellimouse... I find ambidextrous mice a bit uncomfortable and I can never perform as well gaming-wise using them (that's my excuse anyway ) However, I have seen a few left-handed mice on the market but there's not much demand because, as you say, most people use their right hand for the mouse. Guardians Proper
Right-handed mice feel... unbalanced. I like both sides to be symmetrical. Link to comment
orappa
I've got an Intellimouse Explorer on one PC and it's all nice and ergonomic and really comfortable (right-handed). On my other PC, I've got an ambidextrous Labtec mouse which is too small and my hand doesn't fit naturally onto it so it feels weird (and I have to move my finger too far to use the scroll wheel ) Link to comment
Guardians Proper
AH! I remembered mine's name... Microsoft Wheelmouse Optical. w00t. It's a good mousey. I hate those tiny mice. You can barely fit 1 finger on them. Trackball mice suck, too. And people who say trackball mice are good for games: they suck even more. Link to comment
orappa
Trackball mice suck, too.And people who say trackball mice are good for games: they suck even more. Trackballs aren't good for anything. Although I'll admit that they're good for lazy people because you don't have to move your whole hand... I've got a touchpad on my laptop (there's not much difference between them and trackballs) and it is awful for games - I end up looking up in the air all the time. And it's difficult to be precise with it as well. Btw, where's everyone else? Link to comment
Guardians Proper
We have a few trackballs, and in fact, one of them is on my other PC. Let me just say: It's a hassle. I consider that PC "Out of Service" until it gets a new mousey. Link to comment
