The core is like the technology of MTA. With better technology new things can be accomplished, MTA will be more efficient, and MTA will run better.

Let me give a better explanation of what the core is, the core is the "base" of the mod you can compare it to the foundation of a building.

Its what everythign is build from, so everythign depends on what the core can handle,you could say its the first thing that has to be made , however other things to put into the next version might be thougt and even build before the core,but if the core doesnt support it ,it woudnt be able to make it to the release.
