Outback Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 I don't hear the flames anymore when cars are on fire. Am I the only one having this problem? Oh, and thanks to the MTA guys for making F10 enable itself. Either that or I've started to hit the button involuntarily.
trx Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 These flames aren't 'real' and will not set you onfire or make a sound. The actual fire we used before was giving problems (apparently). We may add the sounds for this fire later on, but it's just a detail.
Dgtadude Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 (edited) One thing that i noticed is : Your like running around with a bike and on your pc your bike is fine . But on the other pc your bike is on fire . Then it suddently just blows up for nothing . This happens a lot on LAN too Edited November 1, 2003 by Guest
Combine Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 One thing that i noticed is . Your like running around with a bike and on your pc your bike is fibe . but on the other pc your bike is on fire . then it suddently just blows up for nothing . This happens a lot on LAN It's normalime for both PCs to see the bike on fire at the same time. The fire alerts you that your vehicle is about to blow up.
evndude Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 You misunderstood. The bike looks FINE on one pc and is on FIRE on another. Then on YOUR pc your bike blows up without ever being on fire. I noticed this also. It happens almost everytime my bike blows up and I dont think its ever happened in a car.
Dgtadude Posted November 1, 2003 Posted November 1, 2003 Yeah sorry about the misspelling . ill get it fixed . yeah it is "FINE" Not "Fibe"
happyrock Posted November 2, 2003 Posted November 2, 2003 when a molvtail hit my car and it started on fire (I crashed) is that not the same as when a car starts on fire with the old flame and sound? or not?
Combine Posted November 2, 2003 Posted November 2, 2003 when a molvtail hit my car and it started on fire (I crashed) is that not the same as when a car starts on fire with the old flame and sound? or not? No, it's not. But if you car is severly damaged the molitov may damage it enough to make it a real fire.
