To connect to your own server on your own computer, just use 'localhost' (no quotes) in MTA.

Server port (default 2003 for example)

ASE port - if you wish it to be listed - is server port plus 123 (2126 in this example)

Admin port - whatever you set it to in the config (use the config tool)
