james_moorehead Posted April 17, 2003 Share Posted April 17, 2003 I know that program. Its called Menu Editor theres been a few topics about it already. Theres a News Item on my site about it. Basicially it allows you to edit the menus of GTA3 to unlock the Debug Menu and other stuff. Except most of the options dont work in the hidden menus. Link to comment
