GTA SA editor becomes Gmod?

Hi am new here so am not sure if this topic has been done and i dont know much about the MTA forum, Anyway my suggestion is if anyone has played Gmod maybe make MTA sa editor like gmod you can add characters and add rope and stuff but not stiff just louse maybe make movements in the objects by using the MTA sa editor, just something easier then scripting if you could do this.

Well... There are some resources that make MTA looks like GMod.

For example, "moving-objects" is a resource that keeps object movements by just moving yourself and setting the object movement target as your position. So it keeps out the object movement scripting.

And a new "blip maker" that keeps you change the blips picture, making your own ones.

You are confusing something.

LUA is not something connected with game/psychics/or just "possibilities".

If Gmod have Lua as it's scripting language, it doesn't mean you can do same thing in MTA.

All these possibilities can't be done just with Lua.

This is not good explanation but i can't get better - to make it simple to understand. These magic "things" are done by C++, Lua just tells which C++ function you want to trigger - to make scripting easier, so you don't have to write each resource in C++ - they've used Lua.

Hmm, thinking of the scripting, Gmod also uses LUA language as their scripts language.

Why not try inviting Gmod scripters here and try making Gmod-like scripts? That would be nice.

Exactly! The Garry Ware (Gmod) ---> MTA Ware (MTA SA) is one of the examples what I meant.

There's lots of more gamemodes than this though. What's your evil plans? :D

since gta san andreas has no physics, it will be impossible to make it look like gmod...

adding physics mean you need to rework the whole engine and thus making gta more of a 'new' game instead of a modified one.

Dont even start at this, just buy gmod at steam for 10 bucks and play ;)

MTA have physics, some objects can be moved by hiting them. Whats about the cars, they arent static xD, the physics in MTA ... heum heum sorry, the physics in GTA sa are just bad and outdated, the car dont fellow the scripted moving object is a good example.
