can mta: sa work with version 2.0?

hi imm haveing some trouble playing this mod i click the run program and i get a mesage saying mta:sa only works with v 1.0 what can i do to fix this or am i not able to play this mod

MTA works with 1.0 only. You'll need a downgrader patch to go from 2.0 to 1.0, but beware of the Hot Coffee stuff, lol (jk)

well, i dotn agree with that it works only with 1.0: i have v1.0 with gta_sa.exe of 1.1, in menu is showing 1.1, tru i still can play mta

I believe it was being attempted to make it work with 1.1/2.0. Don't know if it was implemented to work with 1.1.
