NPC's in MTA?

Is this even possible? Because that has to probably be my favorite thing to do with some buddies over lan in SA:MP.

NPCs in MTA can do everything that they can't do in SA-MP. They're more like the actors in leaked 0.2.5, but the only thing about that is there are still more functions and features. And they certainly don't take up a server slot.

Npcs on mta allow you to do something that you cant do in samp.

there is already a server from exo testing a resource wich insert traffic/peds to the server*(just like single player)

you can also download slothbot's zombie resource and use that for eh... well... shooting zombies at least you have npc's

EDIT: i mean slothman, slothbot is another resource made by slothman, also used for fighting npc's
