i searched for one on the mta community site .. but couldn't find one.

by learning lua and make it yourself

There is none. AFAIR, There was one but over one and half years ago. Make one and be famous.

thereare lots of teamplay type gamemodes that exist, and setting the map to have cop skins and the other to robbers isnt a far stretch.

it doesnt matter what you think about it, we need more gamemodes that utilize the features that samp doesnt have, so more people will come here, and when that happens, we can worry about if we like the gamemode or not.

pwned well yeah more gamemodes and maps. And a "Get more resources" button in the main menu of mta which links to the resources on mta community - it seems to me like many people don't even know it exists, which is not so good.
