its really boring script in notepad

and it would be script in-game and can test it

Most people reccomend notepad++ as an editor for mta

Have you tried Notepad++ once? It's really different from the Windows Notepad. Besides the similarity of the name and the purpose of text editing.

Yeah, notepad++ is teh pwn

-It has tabbed documents so you can have as many files open in the 1 window

-It also color highlights well-known functions from any languages

-It has a nice indentation too

It's WAY better than notepad

Yes, Notepad++ is nice for writing scripts. I use Visual Studio to edit map and xml files because it has an auto-format function .

You can script MTA stuff IN Notepad++ (or any of the other programs listed)

and it's much easier than with plain notepad

But what exactly do you want to be able to scrip while IN MTA? It's kind of hard to program something without entering all the code into some file (can't really just drag and drop yourself a script if that's what you're asking for )

Just use eclipse. You can abuse Eclipse for other languages, too, like JAVA, C++, etc. Just install the plugins.
