AlienX Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I'm currently building a MIRC server echo, i understand that this is something thats wanted by a few people.. It supports Win32, and comes with two packages. A Win32 application which can be ran from anywhere, and a LUA script that communicates between the MIRC server and the game server. This is still in development but i thought i would let people know its happening If you wish to see it in action you can join the channel #mta.hayphatserver in GTANET. I will keep you up to date as the application progresses.

The_Stig Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 ooooo Cant wait for this. Been after this for a few days now
Nissandrifter Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Sorry to bring up a very old thread again, but has this been released or is near to being released ? Thanks
subenji99 Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 http://development.mtasa.com/index.php? ... es/IRCEcho Works in MTA:DM DP2.3, should work with 1.0 too. (just note the alteration in module loading syntax, it no longer requires the file extension) We've been using it for months without problems.
robhol Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 subenji, no, that doesn't work like it should. In 1.0 it spews out EVERYTHING it gets sent to the server log (which is very annoying) and it doesn't register changes in IRC rank (Voice, hop, op, etc) in either version.
Gamesnert Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 http://development.mtasa.com/index.php? ... s/SebasIRC Still in development though. (Oh and the name sucks)
x86 Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 You can grab the Windows version from the irc module here: http://code.google.com/p/multitheftauto-modules/ That irc module is for 1.0 (nightly). Still in development, but it works. We are working on the linux support for it.
Nissandrifter Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Thanks for your help guys, hopefully the linux version will be out soon
