Mirc in game ( MTA:SA )

I wanted to know how created chat room Mirc, so that people can talk to each other, but that the people who would be on my server can see what people say and that those in the chat read what people say server.

In the same MIRC that you have MTA:MA running from, the irc.gtanet.com server window type /join #channel-name

Example : /join #mytest

For the ID, your MTA:mA can be controlled 3 servers, if your server is in the tab 1 when you put ID 1.

Well, if u have done everything, u should go to ur IRC server first, and then join ur MTA server, then quit.

You should see in IRC like: yourname joined the server. , yourname left the server.
