You must install without mods and cleanly,and if GTA:SA is crack you will have to buy the original instead. (MTA team does not recommend crack)

you should install without mods and install cleanly,You should not use GTA:SA as CRACK, it will be better for you

So it turns out that I have to buy gta on steam, besides I don't use any mods

Where else can the MTA folder be located, I had everything on the C drive, I deleted the MTA San Andreas 1.5 folder and also installed the files to the GTA steam version folder

Nonstandard GTA file:  \audio\streams\BEATS
Nonstandard GTA file:  \audio\streams\CUTSCENE

a few/non-standard files. Reinstall GTA: SA with a clean, unmodified version,I don't think there is any other solution.

Yes I did these steps but they didn't work so I decided to install a new system and still the same possible something with the router do you have any solution?

What are your firewall rules regarding MTA & GTA?

Make sure you do this:

Quote

1) open Windows firewall, advanced settings, > ''New rule'' and search for Multi Theft Auto.exe in your program files/install dir, do the same with gta_sa.exe and eventually proxy_sa.exe and then set these newly created rules to Allow everything.
