local host server

Hello, I have a problem, when I publish my local server, everything is fine, but when connecting to the server, connection time out occurs ([CC23] error) and the firewall is also turned off.
Can you help me to solve the problem?

Hi, this looks to be a problem regarding your client rather than your server, therefore I'll move this to the Client support section.

Does this error occur only when you're trying to join your localhost server or does it occur on other servers as well?

Also, please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.
