Ban for nothing

I wanted to play multi theft auto san andreas and got information: Not connected; try quick connect or connect command. I did it and nothing else, I have been trying for the 10th day and still nothing so I write to you, I did not use any cheats or change the series, I ask for a quick unbanning or help in repairing but I have tried every way. Regards.

You haven't been banned in a server or MTA during that timeframe, and it looks like the error you are  getting is a connection issue so I have moved this into the client support section for you.
