Received an account blocking due to the fact that the IP address was changed. When I returned to the old IP, the blocking did not disappear. How can I solve this problem?

Moving this into ban appeals section, as it appears your serial is banned by MTA.

No need to find anything, your topic was already moved to the right section for you. All you have to do now is wait while your ban appeal will be reviewed at some point. You will then receive a verdict about it (whether you will or will not be able to play MTA in the future).
