What settings do you use if you have a server? anyone? Also do you have to connect on internal IP or external? my internal is 127.0.0.1 and external is 62.254.64.12 My external changes every now and again but my internal stays the same Link to comment
erorr404
If they're connecting from computers outside of the network, external, if they're ON the same network then internal. Make sure they have the right port number (specified in mtaserver.conf). Also, what does it say in your server window when you load it up? Edited May 21, 2006 by Guest Link to comment
MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted May 21, 2006 MTA Team Share Posted May 21, 2006 it is possible, altough improbable, that your ISP is blocking incoming traffic on the needed ports. Link to comment
Jani
Your internal IP isn't 127.0.0.1, that's localhost. Link to comment

Jani
ISP stands for Internet Service Provider. An ISP provides access to the Internet for others via some connectivity service(s). Examples of ISPs include Earthlink, Mindspring, and WorldNet to name a few. If you didn't have an ISP, you'd be in trouble. Link to comment
