Black screen

When i start up MTA ..

I get a black screen.. that's all .. but it does run

i can see when it enters the main menu..

but all i see is .. the screen turning from very dark to less dark..

no letters/images etc. just a black screen ..

missing file problem solved .. but wtf is this

Delete gta_sa.set.

and does it still word when you delete this..?
