MTA doesn't offer technical support for pirated copies of GTA (depending on what you meant with "downloaded GTA").

Assuming you meant digital download (that you bought the original game digitally - otherwise don't proceed) then this should work:

1) confirm you got the original game files and that the digital download completed without interruptions or issues. If it's the Steam version of GTA SA, you can rightclick the game > "verify game files"

2) point MTA to the correct folder location where your GTA is installed. The log you provided indicates you made a mistake, because all GTA files it's able to check return errors as they don't exist or are inaccessible.

The last part (about log) means you made either of these mistakes:

* You don't have valid GTA game files (so you need to follow step 1)

* You pointed MTA to the wrong directory during installation. Re-install MTA (with mtasa-1.5.9.exe from https://mtasa.com/) and point it to the correct one. In your case, i suspect that your GTA installation in reality is within this folder: D:\GTA SA\GTA San Andreas but you pointed it to D:\GTA SA - you're using an unusual subdirectory way of installing things, probably leading you to make a mistake.

For both the steps, it's important you understand how to locate and recognize your GTA installation folder. So to make sure of that, it should look something like below screenshot:

If your game is pirated, we can't help you any further.
