    During the discussion, it was noticed that your refresh rate seems odd. Check your Windows settings and make sure it is set to 60Hz.

    ?. If you are talking about the loading bar progress, it's a visual bug.
    Suppose we have files with a size of 200 MB, due to compression only 100 MB will be transferred.
    MTA will show that 200 MB is being downloaded, but after 50% the download will be completed.
