How to make a login panel

Hello guys, i want to make a login panel i have a login panel rn but other guys cant login when they register its appear there is no account with this name (account name of the guy) can u help me or give me the scipt

1. open your acl.xml file and type <object name="resource.NAMEHERE"></object> to admin group!

2. change NAMEHERE to your loginpanel resource name AND SAVE

3. write reloadacl to your console
