How do u make videos of your playing?

Exactly as the topic name says. How can I take a video? Is it a program that you download from the internet? Is it free/how much does it cost?

I use fraps, if you search around the forum, you might encounter some other appreciated programs

Fraps is the weapon of your choice i guess its easy to use, and there is a (restricted) free version of it. I never used gamecam so i cant say something about it.
