All Of my ports are closed

Hi. I need some HELP!!! How it is possible, that my ports are closed, even if i alowed it in firewall, added to Virtual server and my ipv4 is correct?

I tried to modify the ports, and it did not worked.

I had Avast installed, but I deleted it, the prtscr was made afther I restarted my PC.

Even if you think you did everything neccesary to open your ports, give it a read to make sure with a checklist.

Thanks Dutchman101 but this fixed nothing, I tried probably everything, but still dosnt works. But I find out, that my router does not have port forwarding as a thing, only Virtual Server(NAT). But here is the problem. The server ran in this computer, with the same settings about a week ago, so I think probably I did something wrong, but I dont know what
