Xplode Posted May 31, 2003 Author Posted May 31, 2003 Its like every single time I press CONNECT TO SERVER it gives me that. From ASE when I put the nickname in and I press CONNECT it takes me to the MTA screen and sais the same thing!

Xplode Posted May 31, 2003 Author Posted May 31, 2003 yes it is something like that. I have windows XP and when I try the 98 patch I get to a screen where it sais WAITING FOR REQUEST and from there when I press send REQUEST the damn error 10047 comes up.any suggestions?
me Posted June 1, 2003 Posted June 1, 2003 try a different server... it should say something beyond 'waiting for request', otherwise you aren't fully connected. the error 10047 is just saying the server is down/you can't connect (I think that was it... so many error messages to remember). Different server or disconnect/reconnect.

Xplode Posted June 2, 2003 Author Posted June 2, 2003 I got it fixed. I reinstalled Gta3 and I redownloaded MTA from the MIRROR 1! and now it works!
