Hello, I play MTA Vice City, all good, but I shoot to other person, he throw flood and all, but he NEVER die. To all the persons is the same, but they can kill me... help me!!.

You need to aim ahead of the person if they are running to the left or to the right to compensate for lag. Just because you see blood shoot out from someone doesnt mean they are actually hit on their screen.

But I don't know, in many times I shoot an amount of time directly to the person, some blood, some shoots but he's life is in 100%.

Could be anything, if you have a good connection, a decent pc, and can click the fire button, you're bound to get a kill now and then

pick the Cop or Robber class, usually much easier to hit a target with a shotgun. Also if your ping is more than 200 than dont be suprised that u cant hit anything

Go in server wich is near to your location.

My conection is bad, but isn't very bad, other hard online games are perfect. IS 150K.

My computer is perfect, the game runs in the maximum resolution perfect...

Pretty slow connection.. But hard to say if other games play fine. I'll leave the answer to other people again.. (Duh, I know nothing)

Here's what you do, go to the south Police Station and pick up a Maverick Helicopter, now wait for a player to get into the open ...

Then you proceed to slice him with your roflcopter blades! Tends to work out just nice

Well that is apart of GTA though not many people in MTA dont like to be chopped up by the spinning blades

Back on topic, I think you just need to aim ahead of people based on their ping and your ping.

Okay I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. I tried playing last night and when I shot at people it wouldn't damage them and I was CLEARLY hitting them. I set up a lan game on both my computers I have at home. And I would shoot at the person on the other computer and watch them get hit but take no damage however when I switched over to the other computer and shot myself I would take damage....pretty lame.....I hope there is something that I can do to make this work. I had reinstalled the game and I'm running VC 1.0 on both computers. So it's a fresh install anyone else have any ideas?
