Shadowsniper
Would this work with mta:san andreas? http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=221045 Link to comment
So'lide
Woah, I certainly hope so. Does that file affect gameplay at all (modify maps, cars ect)? Link to comment
MISTO
gta3.img modifications are not allowed with mta I think... Link to comment
Shadowsniper
It modifys the map too IF it wont work, i may ask permission of the maker to mod it into mta if blue is easy enough for me, as im to n00by to code and stuff Link to comment
So'lide
Then it won't atleast work in MTA clientside. But what about serverside in r1? Link to comment
Shadowsniper
i mean the map u can look at, not like objects or buildings or anything, its just makes the radar more detailed, and the same to the map you can look at by pressing pause and selecting map Link to comment
So'lide
Ah, that was what you ment. I'll leave the answer to people who can answer it propely. Link to comment
Gamefreek
Well i know in MTA:VC you could use mods like that, but im not sure about MTA:SA. I supposed you could use it since it doesnt do any harm to the other players and doesnt give you an advatange. Link to comment
Jigga
There was a big war, one side had a small map drawed whit a pencil, second site had a gps + 40 satelites, guess who won? So dont say that more detailed maps don't give an advantage ;s Link to comment
Shadowsniper
Hate to burst your bubble, but the other map has gps too (normal) and the satelite type map wont show models will it? plus both say where people are, in mta vc it would too if it had this mod, so please think before you speak Link to comment
orappa
Some GPS devices use outdated photographs whereas it's pretty easy to update a hand-drawn map. Also, you implied that the hand-drawn maps would be less detailed when that isn't necessarily true. Link to comment
Jigga
Hate to burst your bubble, but the other map has gps too (normal) and the satelite type map wont show models will it? plus both say where people are, in mta vc it would too if it had this mod, so please think before you speak i wans't talkin to you, im saying that a detailed map gives an advantage OMG NUBZ! Shadowsniper
Really you are speaking for yourself there, also, i tried it in missions, it only shows dots of A.I like the normal map, and btw you don't look any better by goin OMG N00B!!! Link to comment
m21
hey i like this map... ill be happy if it will work!! Link to comment
{Static}
It certainly is a good modification, and it really doesn't give any advantage, because for a start, the original map is easier to look at. This one is just eye candy. Link to comment
m21
u right too... maybe the map isnt so important... try to do best with weapons cars and such things Link to comment
