Just wow! able to add your own pieces to the map, that is just incredible! Awesome job guys! Just a question though, can you add an unlimited amount of pieces into the map or is there a limit to how much the server can take?

Thanks and keep up the awesome work! :greenjumpers:

Thanks ;)

At the moment, the limit is 350 objects, but eAi knows something that can increase the limit to several tousand objects that might be done for release 2.

Awesome will this "building feature" also carry on to the deathmatch mode? Also i think 350 object would be more than enough to play with! Woohoo, cant wait for the release!

yes we plan on expanding the functionality of the editor to work with other mods, and probably will open source it when we release the SDK, so that other addon devs can incorporate this into their gamemodes.

Yep 8)

Create a new island, put some bridges near highest buildings in LS, or just place some ramps in the countryside etc. ;)

Your choice.

there is no limit to the height you place objects, but if you go above the sky limit then you will experience a constant push downward till you go back down below. so dont expect to hit many good jumps if yer above the limit. so yes you can place objects up high, but there are drawbacks.

hi! i really liked this new feature...

in the video we can see that the objects placed far away disapear and we only see the normal map, yet they are still there... will this small issue be corrected or is it something that we need to live with?

Anyway awesome work guys!!!

It's only like that for planes I think. There is a height limit, but it's really high. It's limited to the max value a floating point value can have.

Currently, you can't remove the GTA map. You can place things miles out at sea and use that, which has exactly the same effect.
