HI EVERYBODY system info WIN 10 64-BIT I HAVE THIS PROBLEM THAT I CANT CONNECT TO ANY SERVERS WITHOUT VPN I TRIED EVERYTHING UNINSTALLING GTA AND MTA ALLOWING AND TURNING FIREWALL OFF AND ITS ALWAYS THE SAME THE EROR CODE IS CC23 or gets disconnected or gets timed outWHEN I GO WITH NO VPN . BUT WITH VPN ITS ALL GOOD IM FROM IRAN BTW IVE STARTED THINKING THAT THE PROBLEM IS THE USA AND IRAN`S BEEF OR I COULD BE WRONG IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WOULD BE THANKFUL ""EDIT"" MY FRIEND`S MTA WORK JUST FINE SO ITS NOT THE INTERNET I THINK ""EDIT"" THIS HAPPENED TO ME SCINCE I CHANGED MY LAPTOP IF THERE IS BAD ENGLISH IM SORRY ENGLISH ISNT MY FIRST LANGUAGE

Hello, i am having a problem with MTA. I am not able to connect to the server shown on the screenshot, yet there is no problem to connect with any other server I have tried re-installing both GTA and MTA, also moving them to another disk. Does anyone know how to fix it, thank you in advance for any helpful replies.

Hi, I am new to MTA in general and i encountered a problem when i tried to play for the first time. Yeah, as you may already know those battle royale games are one of the most played games right now, and i have a laptop that isn't good for those games. And one day when i saw that MTA has this genre and people keept playing on it and they keep saying that it is fun, i downloaded it and installed it. Now when i first joined i got this CC23 problem, and couldn't fix it (NO SERVER WORKS). After a while i found the thing that caused the problem. I have a WIFI router that is connected to another WIFI router (basically to my uncle one, the one who gets the network by the cable). So, when i am connected in my network this error shows up, but when i am connected on my uncle WIFI it works (there is no error and i played a bit). The problem is that the network isn't good from there because its a bit far. Now , if someone can help me to make it work on my WIFI router i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance (Sorry for the long post).

Este es un problema sorprendente tanto por lo común que se ha vuelto como por el poco interés que las páginas como ésta ponen en ayudar a su arreglo. MTA es el único juego en línea que sencillamente no puedo jugar por este condenado problema que viene con lo clásico: Aparecen 5000 servidores en la lista, la mayoría sin latencia y, pasados unos segundos, comienzan a desaparecer. Aún seleccionarlos antes es inútil pues son inaccesibles por el "error cc23 tiempo expirado". He desinstalado MTA y colocado la correspondiente copia sacada de la página unas cinco veces, eso no sirve. Lo he probado con dos GTA, eso no sirve. Mi conexión me permite jugar en línea y ver Netflix (que chupa mucha banda ancha) al mismo tiempo sin apenas problemas. El problema es MTA y me vuelve loco gente; 20,000 jugadores en 5,000 servidores y no puedo jugar por esto.
