Hey I looked through your submitted diagnostics and noticed that you have a process called QMEmulatorService.exe running on your computer, which suggests that Gameloop or some other emulation software is running on your computer while playing Multi Theft Auto. Before you open the game, stop all such processes, so you won't have any more problems in the future. Regards, Nico.
