3ds max + kams script = all possible things with custom models.

Great job, I was waiting these kind of updates to fix those problems on the streaming and engine. LOD model and texture will help to obtain more performance. I do not understand the visual effect of the dynamic hardware lighting, its kind of dynamic vertex lighting like many games on the nintendo gamecube ? What I know is the fact that gta sa use Baked vertex color to fake a lighting based on the vertex.

You need to call the TXD function before the DFF function.

(Only with multi textures on the model I think, so not your case) I guess its the script or the meta.XML Use a script example that u know it works, look on community.

Use kams script gta sa material opacity. Do not go below 60 % of opacity or something like that, otherwise it will be 0% opacity in interior 0. Use an alpha, compression DXT3, to get a grey scale opacity mask to make gradient and other shit.

Use an H.264 Codec. Camstudio, this little free tool can become a real badass in reccording 3D app with that. So I guess Camstasia can do the same. Otherwise, use fraps.

All grey like that is kind of ... interesting. The default map models are green if I remember right, I think there is a autumn mod and this is probably a winter mod. -
dont think so, the servers chose if this car or this thing is custom or not, not you.

Salut, c'est interessant de voir plus de moddeur. Bonne décision, MTA a des fonctions pour incorporer des modèles 3D, images, sons... de n'importe qu'elle façon. Le seul problème c'est que la plupart des scripteurs ne travaillent pas gratuitement. -

Maybe cause the map is to far away from the sa map. Interesting map btw, I dont understand why I dont see more maps like that in the showroom.

-extract the needed col file with colEditor2 (single col file) -edit it in a 3D program -export it in .col format with a different name or the same name -put it in a resource -make the script & add the file in lua

True, normally you only can cut BSP brush in a game editor. (example of bsp thing http://i.ytimg.com/vi/fadDZC2v0lQ/0.jpg) if you cut something you make a hole in the mesh and thats not good.

Somebody understand what originality is in mapping Would be better to have the world transition effect in the map and not in the video.

Not really, just look into some web sites like gta wiki to know the meaning of all the files and the modding section on gta forums, the hard part is to understand how this work with MTA cause modding web sites dont talk alot about that. You need to do that lol or use or make a program to do it for you. I see one on the forum,but I cant remember where. You need to replace only the needed thing, why replacing all the other that you dont modify ?

the tool col editor 2 can extract single col file. For now you need single col file. Btw, I see this on bugtracker Multi Theft Auto : San Andreas - 1.3.2 : [Maps] col library support - new. So you need to wait for that support.

MTA read the first col in the col librairy. So each elements need a single col file.
