This file is incorrect for Centos 6: /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo Replace it with this one: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/CentOS-Base.repo Then run these commands: yum clean all yum install libncursesw.so.5
-
It looks like you are missing the base repo for some reason. Please run this command: tar cvzf yumfiles.tar.gz /etc/yum* Upload the file 'yumfiles.tar.gz' somewhere and give me the link.
-
Try: yum install libreadline.so.5
-
Sorry to interrupt before a reply, but I don't think ncurses.i386 is available in centos 6 Machine, please show the output from this command: cat /etc/*release* and this one: yum list ncurses*
-
Have you tried: yum install libncursesw.so.5
-
Maybe. It just that I noticed the numbers in the latest video are from an earlier version

Does this patch help? https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 130108.exe
-
When Sample 2 is the active window, do its numbers change when you move the right stick?
-
Also, please apply this new patch for MTA first: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 130108.exe Thanks
-
Sample 2 will read the joystick and update the numbers even when MTA has the window focus.
-
Thank you. Could you please do the same again, except use 'Joystick Sample 2' from here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/Joystick2.exe
-
Gotnitro, what AV do you have?
-
Ok, please do this: * Change MTA to be Windowed (Settings->Video->Windowed) and restart * Then: Settings->Advanced->Debug setting->#0000 Joystick->OK * Launch the 'Joystick Sample' program you downloaded previously (https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/Joystick.exe) * Position the Joystick Sample window so it is next the the MTA window * Make a video recording of the following: Clicking back and forth between the Joystick Sample window and MTA, while moving the right stick
-
Thanks. Can I see the latest MTA San Andreas 1.3\MTA\logfile.txt as well?
-
Ok, please install this patch: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 130107.exe Start MTA and open the settings menu, select the 'Advanced' tab, and choose '#0000 Joystick' from the 'Debug setting' list. Then click on OK. You should now see a bunch of text in the top left. Open settings again and try to bind the joystick axes. Please make a video of you doing this. I need to see the settings menu and the text in the top left.
-
Try again
-
Thanks for doing that. Now please apply this patch: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 130105.exe And then start MTA and then select Quit from the main menu. Then find this file: MTA San Andreas 1.3\MTA\logfile.txt and let me see the content

MTA 1.3.1 (RC 4887) crashing after last downloaded update
ccw replied to Linux_Shines's question in Client
The missing file should be fixed in the latest nightly now -
Dicatto, could you download and run this: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/Joystick.exe and make a video of it running while you move the right stick? It will help us understand how your joystick works.
-
Have you removed things like outfit.asi? Are you still getting kicked? If so, what is the exact message?
-
There is a handling resource which may help you: https://community.multitheftauto.com/ind ... ls&id=3716
-
That bug has been fixed in the latest nightly: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/?mtasa-1.3.1-rc-latest
-
Please make a video showing the freeze issues.

The server controls the fps setting. Ask the server owner to increase it. If you are the server owner, you can change in mtaserver.conf
