Ok, please try this:
1. If you have a tray icon for Intel Graphics Driver, right click and close it.
2. Open Task Manager, select the 'Processes' tab and end all processes that start with igfx, e.g. igfxpers.exe
3. Right click on 'Computer' desktop icon and select 'Manage'
4. Select 'Device Manager' in the left column, then open the 'Display Adapters' category in the middle pane.
5. Now, there should be two entries there, one for NVidia and one for Intel. Right click on the Intel one and select 'Disable'
And then try this 1.3.1 patch:
