Could you try 1.4? You don't have to uninstall 1.3 first as it installs to a different directory. Run these two installers: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/?mtasa-1.4-unstable-latest https://updatesa.multitheftauto.com/sa/files/mirr ... -r4889.exe

Ok, thanks for that. Now please: 1. Open this in windows explorer: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas 2. Double click on gta_sa.exe (The one that is 14,047 KB) 3. When GTA has started go to Options->Display setup->Advanced and select the resolution 1366 x 768 if possible, or the next one down. 4. Quit GTA and retry MTA

You put the folders in mods/deathmatch/ but they go in mods/deathmatch/resources/
-
You must have unzipped them into the wrong place. The resources should be in mods/deathmatch/resources/

apt-get install lib32ncursesw5 apt-get install lib32readline5

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

1. Download is fixed 2. You probably need to install the 32 bit version of ncursesw
-
Please apply this new patch: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 130129.exe and then run MTADiag again. (It won't fix it, but the new MTADiag log may point to the problem.)
-
Please run MTADiag again with windowed mode enabled
-
If it is not there, make the file MTA\coreconfig.xml with this content: <mainconfig> <settings> <display_windowed>1</display_windowed> </settings> </mainconfig>

Ok, please try windowed mode by doing this: 1. Find the MTA install directory with Windows Explorer 2. Open MTA\coreconfig.xml in Notepad 3. Find the line 0 and change the 0 to a 1 4. Save file 5. Launch MTA btw, are you launching MTA from inside Steam?

Please apply this patch and try again: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 130117.exe If that does not work, please try this patch: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.3.1-rc ... 120924.exe (Ignore any update messages you may get while running these, because they are older versions).

The ports look correct. It might be only invisible to you when not in the DMZ. Remove it and see if someone else can see it.
