Open the NVidia control panel and make sure there is a profile for GTA San Andreas and set the preferred graphics processor to 'High performance NVidia processor' like in this picture:

Don't worry, 'blocking access to a potentially malicious site' is not the same as getting a Virus. It looks like Malwarebytes took some precautionary measures which are probably unfounded. However, we would like to be sure, so are there any logs in Malwarebytes with more information about what happened? Like IP address and suspected filename?

Please check that GTA single player is still working. If yes, please ensure you have installed the latest nightly and run it once, then make another MTADiag log.

Please provide the latest crash dump file from MTA San Andreas 1.3\MTA\dumps\private\

Your gta_sa.exe is all weird and strange. It should be 14MB. Try finding a 1.0 or 1.01 version of gta_sa.exe

Please try the latest nightly which has just been updated.

Edit: Forget all that now, and just try the latest nightly. .
