    It would be worth asking FFS developers if they have a tool or any rules for what content can go on their servers. There are various ways of changing textures, but not all works for every server.

Custom characters / models can be imported into MTA using a select few scripting functions, these are engineReplaceModel engineRequestModel There is also a MTA resource based on engineRequestModel, which does most of the work for you. https://github.com/Fernando-A-Rocha/mta-add-models p.s.
